We conclude the series with a fact we experience ourselves every day: in Sint-Job, people consciously choose local businesses. Not out of nostalgia, but because it works.

To know and be known

A regular customer doesn't need to explain their order. That saves time, but above all, it's pleasant: the chat is part of the sandwich. That is how you build a village shop instead of just a counter.

Local also means fresh

Everything here is only topped once your order arrives. Small or large, white or fitness (multigrain), with or without smos (+£1.00 small, +£1.30 large, with lettuce, carrot, cucumber and egg).
