The location
With the E19 a short distance away and the N-roads towards Schoten and Brecht, you are quickly on the ring road. Many families therefore chose Sint-Job: a garden and a village street, with the city within easy reach.
Why that didn't take away the village feel
Commuter villages sometimes become dormitory towns. That didn't happen here, because the community life, the schools, and the shops on the Handelslei kept running. People meet each other at the bakery, at the school gates, and on the terrace.
Early coffee and sandwiches
The commute also determines our rhythm: the first coffees are ready from 06:30. Gazet van Antwerpen and Het Laatste Nieuws are available, so an early stop immediately becomes a moment of peace.
